Shipping policy

All orders placed with Goody Farms are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days after payment has been received. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Processing and Shipping Times

Processing times may vary during holidays, peak seasons, or promotional periods. Please allow additional time for order processing and delivery during these periods.

Once your order has been shipped, a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping Delays

Goody Farms is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, inclement weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, any delivery issues must be addressed directly with the carrier using the tracking information provided.

Incorrect Shipping Information

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. Goody Farms is not liable for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Additional shipping fees may apply if an order must be reshipped due to incorrect information.
