Goody Farms — Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the policy below before initiating a return.

1) Return Window

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

2) Return Eligibility

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unopened, unused, and in original, sealed packaging (including any tamper-evident seals).

  • In the same condition you received them, with all labels and accessories included.

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase and your order number.

Note: For health and safety reasons, consumable hemp products (e.g., flower, pre-rolls, edibles, tinctures, concentrates) are not returnable if the package seal has been broken or the product has been opened/used.

3) How to Start a Return (RMA Required)

Email info@goodyfarms.com with:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for the return

  • Clear photos if you’re reporting damage/defects

If your return is approved, we’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with instructions and the return address. Items sent back without an approved RMA will not be accepted.

4) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us within 48 hours at info@goodyfarms.com if it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include photos of:

  • The outer shipping box (all sides)

  • The shipping label

  • The product and any internal packaging

We’ll evaluate and make it right with a replacement, store credit, or refund, as appropriate.

5) Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or partially used consumable hemp products

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards and final-sale/clearance items

6) Exchange Policy

Need a different item? The fastest method is to complete a return (per this policy). Once your return is approved, place a new order for the item you want.

7) Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, confirmed defect/damage), we’ll provide a prepaid return label.

  • For all other returns (e.g., change of mind), customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend a trackable method; Goody Farms is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

8) Refunds

  • We’ll notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

9) Additional Notes

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

  • For regulatory compliance, please ensure you are eligible to purchase and receive hemp-derived products in your jurisdiction. We cannot accept returns for shipments refused or seized due to local restrictions.
